Warranty Policy

Maxfind offers a 9-month warranty for electric skateboards and a 3-month warranty for accessory products (when purchased separately), starting from the date the package is delivered to the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

This covers defects caused by the skateboard itself, such as motor failure, ESC not pairing with the remote, battery not charging, or the skateboard not starting. Defective parts will be replaced with functional equivalents that match the performance and reliability of the original parts.

Product Replacement Service:

We offer replacements (subject to damage assessment) from warehouses in California, the United States, Europe, and Canada.

Note: Other countries cannot provide replacements, but can be repaired by sending in spare parts.

Eligibility:

If a product issue is due to a manufacturing defect, verified by our technical team through photos and videos provided by the customer, we will offer a free replacement.

Shipping Costs:

We cover the shipping costs from our warehouse to your address (we will send you a shipping label, which will be charged for warehouse fees).

Self-Repair:

You can also opt to repair the board yourself. After reviewing the photos and videos you provide, our technicians will send you the necessary parts for self-repair.

Note: We will provide you with a maintenance tutorial video.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be arranged if the product has not yet shipped. If a customer returns the product without opening or using it, and no issues are found during inspection, a refund will be processed.
