REFUND POLICY

Updated Return Policy:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (our warehouse will verify that the product is in resalable condition).

Note: A tracking number for the return shipment is required.

  1. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. You can only cancel your order and receive a refund if the product has not been shipped yet.
  3. To cancel your order and request a refund, please email service@maxfind.com. We will process your refund promptly.
  4. Once the order has been shipped (in transit or during customs clearance), it cannot be canceled.
  5. After the cancellation is processed, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@maxfind.com.

Shipping:
To return your product, please contact service@maxfind.com to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Free returns are not supported. (Defective boards can only be repaired under our service.)

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your item being returned is valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
