Get 9 Months Global Warranty When Ordering

New Warranty Policy Effective September 19, 2024:

Maxfind offers a 9-month warranty for electric skateboards and a 3-month warranty for accessory products (when purchased separately), starting from the date the package is delivered to the customer.

Warranty Coverage:
This covers defects caused by the skateboard itself, such as motor failure, ESC not pairing with the remote, battery not charging, or the skateboard not starting. Defective parts will be replaced with functional equivalents that match the performance and reliability of the original parts.

Product Replacement Service (New):
We provide free replacement service (limited to one time) through our warehouses in California, USA, Germany, and Canada.

  • Eligibility: If a product issue is due to a manufacturing defect, verified by our technical team through photos and videos provided by the customer, we will offer a free replacement.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover the shipping costs from our warehouse to your address (customer is responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse).

Repair Service (15-day repair time):
We offer repair services through our warehouses in California (USA), Germany, and Canada (Canada repair center coming soon). For repairs within the 9-month warranty period:

  • Eligibility: Send the product to the repair warehouse in your country. Our technicians will assess, repair, and replace any necessary parts. We'll inform you of the repair details and the cause of the issue.

Self-Repair (Recommended):
You can also opt to repair the board yourself. After reviewing the photos and videos you provide, our technicians will send you the necessary parts for self-repair.

Warranty Covers:

  • Hub and belt motors
  • ESC
  • Battery
  • Remote control
  • Charger

Please note, you must provide images/videos and your order number so we can arrange part replacements under warranty.

The following are not covered by warranty:

  • Wearable parts such as front wheels, belts, grip tape, and PU sleeves, unless a defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damage caused by misuse, intentional harm, modifications, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow the user manual, neglect (e.g., overusing the battery without proper charging), or abuse.

Water Resistance:
Maxfind skateboards have an IP65 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against water splashes and dust under normal conditions. However, they are not fully waterproof. Riding through puddles or submerging the board in water can damage electrical components. Riding in the rain is also risky, especially when accelerating, braking, or turning. The internal components are not waterproof, and if water enters, the battery tags will turn red.

Refund Policy:
Refunds can be arranged if the product has not yet shipped. If a customer returns the product without opening or using it, and no issues are found during inspection, a refund will be processed.

Standard Repair Time: 15-20 days
Special Repair Cases: Up to 30 days

Typically, repairs take around 15 days. However, if specific parts are out of stock and need to be shipped from our main factory, the repair time may extend, but it will be completed within 30 days. We appreciate your understanding and support!
